Added this to my Alfa GT 3.2 V6. The original shifter makes a very long movement and this brings it more to "normal" range. The shifts are also now a bit more stiff and the gear really locks into place. You get used to the new feel quickly and I honestly can't think of going back to the original. However it does not transform the C630 suddenly in to a super performance gearbox, so keep you expectations realistic. Nevertheless, an essential upgrade.
(My local Alfa specialist commented that this feels and behaves much better than the Novitec ss, probably thanks to the large counterweight.)
ordered on 9th Nov, received on 17th Nov in sunny Singapore. Extremely fast shipping, with tracking number to monitor progress. Installation was done in a jiffy. Shifting now feels great! Firm and notchy with noticeably less travel distance. At this price it beats the crap out of other "complete short shifting kit" systems which requires you to dismantle the shift lever. Thank you 4H-Tech for this wonderful product! 100/100!
Right....bloody fantastic The short shifter is a game changer. The shortened time to change gear is monumental to the progress i can make now. Hooking up shifts between gears, with the hybrid turbo still on boost, its really given the whole driving experience another dimension. This will be so beneficial on track. I am over the bloody moon right now. The gearchange reach in oem, is let's be honest hilarious compared to modern german performance car short shift boxes. This has absolutely brought it in line with those competitors. Happy days and thank you 4H-TECH!
